I don’t know about you, but my metabolism needs help. My body seems to take forever to process foods, so I am always thinking about how to boost it to get more energy!
Tips:
- Eat lots of small meals to keep it working
- Use cayenne pepper - I put it on eggs, with vegetables, and for those really keen, in water (just a pinch – go overboard and you are just wasting water)
- Use chia seeds – don’t put them in water unless you like it the texture of snails! Put in on your cereal and you won’t even notice it is there. It’s also a great source of Omega-3, fibre, protein and antioxidants.
- Exercise. Even if its only a 20 min walk per day. Do it.

Ooh I’ve been meaning to try chia seeds – but I had no idea what to eat them with! I will have to pick up a pack next week
